Cannon Manta 3 Piece Cue Anyone used one

Hi,

After a "cheapish" cue to play pool.

Seen a Cannon Manta on the Web., yes maybe too cheap but like the fact that it breaks down into 2 std. length pieces but also has joint 8 Inches from the butt which means I can use it in some of the tighter rooms we play in.

Would ideally like a slightly larger tip but seems to fit the bill.

Any info appreciated, anyone actually used one?

Well Had a look on Thurstons web site.

Decided to change my choice to a Cannon Osprey as it's got a slightly bigger tip.

Really is Tooooooo cheap to be any good at all but will give it a go anyway.

this is the description:

Canon Ospray 3 piece snooker cue with ash shaft and simulated black decal butt. Cue fitted with middle joint and butt end joint 10 1/4" from butt end, brass ferrule and 9.5/10mm tip.

Will see what it's like but to be honest it's so cheap if no good I'll just leave it in the pub for general use.
