It's a nice cue, but I don't think any cue regardless of maker is worth more than a few hundred pounds. I can understand paying more for certain woods, or fancy splices, or even the history behind it, such as Joe Davis' cue etc, but these things are luxuries, and don't effct performance. A basic cue should really be cheap as chips, and not enough suppliers offer a plain ebony butt for modest prices.
