I managed to get myself a sweet deal for a cue.
The cue is slightly warped and requires a cuemaker's attention. This could be a useful opportunity for me to come up with a new cue design. Here are a few ideas I have floating around.
1. JP traditional
2. Ronnie's cue from the 90s. The burwat that was lengthened by Parris with 4 splices of walnut/dark tulip (is it??), and is jointed by the splices.
3. 4 thin white veneers and 4 splices of rosewood (see here), and jointed by the splices
4. Or, just have it jointed by the splices, kinda like steve's current cue.
I'm stuck, and could use your help. What's your opinion?
Thanks guys!
