Robin Cook - great cue and great service

Just received my Robin Cook cue and I am very chuffed with it.

Not only is it a great looking and playing cue, but it was also an absolute pleasure dealing with Robin.

It has been said previously and I can now personally confirm - the man is punctual, friendly, knowleagable and a real gentleman.

Hi Stick... that's a good looking Robin cue.

I've corresponded with Robin through a couple of emails only and it's as what you said, timely with his replies and a gentleman; gives his comments most fairly and to the point... a straight, no chaser. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Robin was invaluable in helping me sort out my somewhat unorthodox specs. Even checking whether the initial omission of a veneer on my part was intentional or an oversight.

He also delivered exactly what was agreed and before the end of the period that he initially stated.

All in all - great to deal with.
