  • Britania Cues

Ive just bought a new,top of the range, Britania one piece hand spliced cue after playing with a Lewis and Wilson for the last 12 years or so.
I absolutely love this new cue,its only 18oz but is so powerful.
I was wondering if anyone else on here is playing with one and what they think.

My club used to stock them when it was a Rileys and TBH like Jim said they weren't the best quality. Whether they are made here or not I don't know, I'd doubt it in all honesty but then that can be said about a lot of mass produced cues. Good to hear you are enjoying your new cue though. Any chance of some pics?

I Bought this from "The Snooker Shop" in Levenshulme,Manchester.£207 + £30 for the 2 extensions.

It is one of the finest ash shafts i have ever seen.

I have looked everywhere and can't find where Britannia are made. They do look good and I have ordered a Jupiter for 8 ball English as I want to try the small tips. Sticking with Peradon for snooker.

They are made in China by the same people that make the predator pool cues - some of the higher end ones were made in thailand - not sure now - the best ones are superb, the cheapest ones are junk - you need to know what you are looking at.
