My mate's cue

My mate just bought this cue. All the previous owner knew about it was that it's "very old". He paid £100 for it (I know, I know).
He bought it because he likes the feel - it does indeed play quite well - so it doesn't really matter, but just out of interest he asked me to post it to see if anyone could identify it or know what it's worth (there's not a lot to go on).
I realize it's probably just a worthless old club cue!

Well it's hand spliced and has alternating woods on the butt so in my opinion it's definitely no "worthless club cue" lol
Without a badge obviously hard to say what it is, but if it plays well for him, i guess £100 is ok actually
Do you know the specs ????

Thanks JRC. Yeah I noticed it's hand-spliced so I shouldn't have made the "worthless club cue" comment really. I just meant that we realize it's not worth a fortune.

Anyway, specs are 16oz, 58in, 11mm tip. Feels nicely balanced.

He loves it. Having said that, he hasn't taken a frame off me with it yet, and I'm no great shakes. I guess he's still getting used to it!
