I'm 99% sure it's not a Dave Coutts cue, but could anyone confirm?

It wouldn't be a Glover branded badge. Just a blank badge, with perhaps my surname on or something. Just something to take out the Dave Coutts name. As it's unfair to him. Not only as he didn't make it, but because it's shoddy work. Look at the shape on the splicing of the Paduak cue. It's bad at best. Yet i still find myself drawn to the design. And would definitely not be able to afford to get a cue maker over here do do that for me.
