good question, ive often wondered that myself, i always send my cue away to mike wooldridge to get my dents taken out, dont know how he does it though..... perhaps trevor will know?Rocket Ronnie Rules!!! -

My advice would be to take it to someone who knows what they're doing.
The problem with giving ANY advice on a problem like this is:
1 - You can't see what the issue is exactly, or, the severity of the problem.
2 - You can't be sure of the persons ability in achieving a decent result.
3 - You can't be sure any instruction offered would be followed correctly.
It's a bit tricky to give a clear description of how to go about sorting a problem via mail or phone. This type of knowledge is more of a tacit skill, (one which has to be seen, and shown, to be learnt effectively).
