Looks like green plate. Others more worldly wise than I, will be able to give a valuation.

I know the green plate Robert Osborne cues have been criticised recently as they are made in Thailand and simply finished at the most by him, but what is the difference between the different colour models of H&O?
No one is listening until you make a mistake!

Bit of a strange question Sanjay ? clearly looks to be green to me !
Is that only pic you have ? 9mm tip surely brings the value down tho in my opinion

Looks like a round butt Green plate . Its not an early O Byrne one , this is a Robert Osborne / Will Hunt cue but I cant tell if its from Wills first or second stint with Robert , the font looks like an early one , but the j.peg is not too clear , they were north of £400 and made to customer spec when they were in production , the second time around .The Black plates were started from a 1 1/2 " square of ash and were planed start to finish by hand as far as I remember , the Green plates were the next one down in the hierarchy . Greenplates in good order fetch £600 + , a one piece in Maple should fetch more and could fetch closer to £1000 in the Far East market , very desirable cue attracting a lot of kudos , very important in some countries .

Don't you mean Will Hunt cues?

Neither have i, but think red were lower range, then green, then black, plus maybe there was a blue too ?? that might have been the lowest one not sure

Yes but would still like to know how to distinguish between all different plates.

I think you're well out with your it could fetch £1000 value even in the Far East market, these green plates are far less desirable and even less then o'byrne IMHO I think the OP might get a monkey

You will probably get lots of offers even at 5-600£

Last Green plate Maple of this era , sold in March for £500 + £70 postage and that was a 3/4 and that was a HK sale , although it did include ext and case . This cue is a one piece and to some this is more desirable , although I agree with jrc that 9 mm , will hold it back , I still reckon £600 is about right , it could fly if two people want it and to get it for £185 is stealing it , congrats sanjay my friend , look forward to better pics when you get the cue .
