I have been trying to contact Trevor since August to get my postage reimbursement.
Story: I had my cue extended but the extensions does not fit due to wrong joint used ( I have sent an email to remind him to use the same joint because he made the same mistake last time ). Trevor admitted that it was his fault and replaced a new joint. He has personally agreed to reimburse me the shipping fees if it was his fault previously. But strange thing happened, he is just disappeared and never replies my emails after he said he will post the cue back to me.
I believe he has a very good reputation here, but simply this is not the case for me.
