  • Contacting Trevor White

I am having difficulty contacting Trevor White and was wondering if anyone knew if all is ok with Trevor at the minute. I am having a cue made and it was due to take 6-8 weeks to build but i have now been waiting for over 3 months. At the start of the month trevor said it would be completed the following week and he'll email me pictures in 1-2 days but since i have heard nothung from him. I emailed him a few days ago and still nothing.

I am not trying to cause any trouble or tarnish his reputation at all i am just a little confused at the last of response. I am sure there will be an easy explanation. I would be grateful for any information on trevors situation.

    Thanks

p.s if you read this trevor please drop me an email.

        Hi,

Very very sorry for forgetting to do the images as I said I would.

Sometimes I do get a bit overwhelmed at the amount of stuff I have on my plate, this has definitely been the case all of this year, and maybe for more like over 18 months now. Working totally alone can get more than a little stressful at times, but still, it's not good enough and I apologise for it,

To the Consultant....the cue is complete and is ready to go, and I will send you some images this evening, without fail, just so you can take a look at it.

I am not going to offer an explanatioin for the delays and sporadic resonses to some people I've delat with this year, as I don't want to be making excuses here.

Apologies again to all who have experienced these issues with me.

Thanks Trevor. I know how busy you must be. You're a victim of your own success. The time is no problem at all Trevor, i'm sure it will be worth the wait. I'll email you the shipping address.

          Thanks

                  Oh God, a website...?

I have a feeling I'd be far more busy if I had a website, so I think I'll pass on that one.

I think you need a few apprentices on top of the secretary.

                      That's not gonna help much!

I'd want the apprentices working, I'd be on the secretary

Just jokeing, my wife would kill me!

Everyone waiting for his/ her cuesI just wanted to let you know it's well worth the wait.

Extremely good cues, built with love and pride. I'm sure Trevor cares for all of customers as best he can. I had him on the line three or four times while he was building my cue. He was always really friendly and helpful, in the end I had him making two cues from scratch and sending me four the other two needed finishing or changing to suit my needs.

                      A really good guy!

Actually, the REAL truth is that Trevor has locked himself away in his workshop to do nothing else but produce the best ever Trevor White 'self-potting' cue for myself!!

I think if Trevor had apprentices working for him, it wouldn’t be the same! I mean the reason why I didn't want a John Paris is because John probably wouldn’t be the one making the cue. I imagine Trevor's business to be very much like a renowned tattoo studio - half of the experience is having that particular artist tattoo you. I personally think its great that Trevor does all his own work and not some apprentice that puts his name on it at the end. That’s what makes his cues just that extra bit special. I imagine that this has probably turned into a family business for Trevor and therefore he could use a family member to respond to some of the e-mails he gets but obviously a great deal need to be answered by him as they require his expertise. I have to be honest though the service I have received from Trevor regarding my cue has been second to none which is a testament to how well he handles his customers. Considering his workload he puts bigger companies with hundreds of employees to shame.
