  • Are you getting to be as saft as ADR?

Dunno who else is but I'm on the way i think. having a new cue delivered this moning I phoned ADR to thank him for sorting it out for me and then 15 mins later there I was having got rid of the existing finish I was applying some linseed oil to it.

Not quite as finicky as he is though considering he did it to a new Trevor White cue a while ago.

My rack's in the front room!
Don't keep the good cue in it though!

Looking at doing a bit of work myself.
I let me mate retip my cue and he's caught the wood under ferrule. Not a lot just one short line. I banged some linseed oil on it and it looked alright but it's appeared again.
        Open to ideas!
Not being as daft as you two I'm scared to sand or whatever.
I'm not sending it in the post again can't cope without it!
Either pop in to Bridgend when next somewhere near Trevor or ask Kev Muncaster to look at it who's just up the road!

No! Don't do that. It's not that serious. At least try calling The Samaritans first. Really it's only a snooker cue, she's not worth it.

                  Now that's what I call a rack !

I'd post a pic of mine but it'd be like parking a posties bike next to a Bentley.

Yes, three cannons in that rack. I used to play with one of them for quite a few years. It has a red transfer on it reading "Blackpool Billiard Works - Holt Special"

The rack is a bit unusual. Not English. I assume it was imported from the Continent at some time in its life.

You'll have gone on some sort of Welsh black list!
