After much thinking i think i may consider a mastercue because some of their designs aren't too bad plus i have heard good things about them. However, i have also heard bad things such as the joints falling out lol and i was wondering if they have addressed this problem? Also if anybody plays with one could they give me some feedback

the joints thing is still true i am afraid - they fixed it for a while but its a recurring problem.

i have a one piece one for sale its a bit flash but feel free to e-mail me. at hotmail.com

how easy would it be to fix if it ever happened and also how often have you heard about joints falling out?

well you could just change the joint altogether and get a new one fitted but its not exactly a desirable thing to do. it makes sense to buy a one piece and joint it somewhere else or buy a different make.

as for how common - hard to say, much too common - so much so i don't stock them nor do craftsman and a few others.
