  • Used RILEY snooker table?

    Hi,

I'm from Brazil, snooker lover, and i'm thinking on import one of these:

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RILEY-FULL-SIZ...item255695d693

He say its like new, repolished, new nets, leather, etc..

It´s a good table? What about the price?

    Thanks for the advice! :snooker:

I asked the seller, he said 400 to send to my nearest sea port.
I'm considering to get 2 tables to decrease the shipping costs.

Here have only 1 company that makes 12ft table, expensive, and dont look like Rileys.

About the table, its good model?

      Regards

        Hi Mazur,

This is not a bad table, and in my opinion Riley do one of the best tables in the world at present. However, if you are importing that far then for a little extra you should buy a Riley Aristocrat preferably with the steel block cushions(although the steel block cushions are not necessary). You will not regret buying one these. I have one and I absolutely love it. I have played on lots of tables and nothing compares with the satisfaction of playing on one of these. You can pick them up second hand refurbished(polished, re-clothed, cushions and pockets) on e-bay. Just keep looking out for them, I little more expensive but well worth the extra cost. One of the members on this site was selling them a while ago.

        I hope this helps.

          Hey snawaz,

Yes, all say the best things about that "stell block", i will search for one nice Aristocrat. The same seller have one, but its double price from the standard table.

          I keep searching.

          Thanks!

I saw that one too..The Riley Renaissance looks really nice at a fair price. Mine is a refurbished Riley Aristocrat from Sovereign Leisure (not steel block) and when it arrived it was like new. Couldn't believe it. Looks like SnookerColin is also a pro refurbisher of similar standard looking at his listings and prices so think you'll get a really nice, as new table. As for Aristocrat, they're better made with better materials but double the price so I guess it comes down to budget. If you are buying 2 sounds like the Renaissance would be better in terms of cost/performance. Can anyone enlighten us on the main difference between the 2?

Not a bad table, but i agree with snawaz, for a little extra the Riley Aristocrat is definately worth the money, nothing plays like it!

                ya.

                riley aristocrat was so exspensive.

the best quality came from the best price.
