hello, i have room 4,15x6,7 and I want to put a normal snooker table (3,6 m × 1,8 m.) is it enough space?

The minimum size room is 22x16 ft. for a 12x6 ft. table.

probably a bit tight. Check out this page http://www.americanpooltables.net/pool-room-sizes.htm .
You would only be giving yourself 1.175m on each side, which is not enough space to be able to play a shot when the cueball is on the cushion. Length wise is not a problem. I recommend you get an 8 or 9 footer.
