New Snooker Room

Hi,
I am moving house and the place I am going to has a room 19’8” by 13’. I am thinking of using it as a snooker room. Any advice on best size table to put in there, flooring and lighting options, where to source a reasonably-priced table? I would really like full size but not sure it’s really big enough for that.

I actually saw a cheap riley that i was interested in but no way i can go get this myself in England and bring it home to Belgium.
*edit* but that room is too small for a full size table.
