Wow, does Jack need to work on his tactical game or what. Just handed green, brown and blue on a plate (or should that be on plates?) to GW. Didn't like Garry's attempt to call foul on Jack after he swerved around the snookering green. First it was "I definitely saw the green move..." then he changed it to "I definitely heard the contact..." then it was "I'm not 100% sure...." In which case, maybe the best thing would have been to KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT!

I don't mind any player being asked if they have played a foul shot, Elliott Slessor asked Wilson if he had played a push shot during their first round match at the Scottish open. If they say they haven't and the ref never saw anything wrong, that's the end of it.
On the flip side, why didn't the ref go and look at the shot again on replay(I've not seen it so apologies if he did) that would have cleared it up pretty quickly.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Hamilton and MOD have both just missed the same straightforward black, into the same pocket, with it rattling and staying up, prompting Hamilton to audibly exclaim: "SO TIGHT. SO TIGHT".

So I'm claiming that as confirmation for my observation on here a couple of days back that these pockets were playing tight 🤓

Do we think they are going to be called back to finish the match off if(!) they don't finish in time?!

Luca just cleared up from one of the hardest tables I've ever seen, absolutely brilliant clearance. One I need to watch again to actually believe it!!! 👏👏

People who didn't see it live are in for a real snooker treat, however we may have partly spoiled that because it's always better to not know someone cleared up and especially here because it's one of those moments where you think he will do well to make 30 and get back into the game.

Good match between Zhengyi and Slessor.
Jones misses red to middle, Dominic Dale will play the winner of this.

I've been enjoying it so far, nice to see 3 Welsh players in with a chance.
Stan Moody...he's clearly got talent to be there but my goodness....he's taking early high risk shots and throwing frames.

If they're 100% positive, maybe, but if they change their tune and end up saying they're not really sure, then I can't see either their opponent or the ref giving a foul they didn't call when the shot was taken.
I wonder what the official rules say about players calling a foul on another player? Dean??

Nothing explicit but inferred in the following rule, that a non-striker can claim that a foul may have occurred.

                                Rule 10 Fouls
                                (c) If a foul or a penalty is neither awarded by the referee, nor successfully claimed by the non-striker before the next stroke is made, it is condoned.
