He has stood up to O'Sullivan in the past... He only lost to him 9-8 in the 2006 UK Championship. I don't think that match was televised, but I remember reading that Walden had a kick when he was in the balls to win the match.
Walden was 8-4 up in that match if memory serves correctly. I had tickets for the next round and remember desperately watching the score updates on teletext and being delighted that Ronnie came through!
The 'my perfect player' feature they do, its quite surprising that Hendry never gets a mention? Or perhaps its only current players they can choose from?
He really needs to win a frame as early as poss, if he can also do it in one visit it will do wonders for his own self belief! Can't see past Ronnie though.
My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins. I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)
does any of you get sick of some of the repetitive comments by some of the commentators. one I get fed up of hearing is Willie Thorne saying "Call the police he's missed one" bloody gets up my nose
