I think Peter Ebdon is going to be very tough to beat, i was talking to him the other day and he just seems very up for it, although Peter is always a pretty intense guy. I was watching Maguire practice on Monday and he is cueing very well, he's very relaxed and confident. He and Terry seem to be a good combination.
It's a tough one to call really, anyone out of Hendry, Ebdon, O'Sullivan, Robertson, Maguire, Murphy, and possibly Higgins and Stevens could win it.
The second week in particular i think will feature some terrific snooker.

The would be an amazing final - although I'm not sure Ronnieisthebest and i could sit next to eachother for that one!!!

I have no idea of who´s going to win.

Until now the best seems to have been Maguire, O´Sullivan, Stevens and Murphy, but I won´t write off Higgins, Robertson, Hendry and Ebdon.

Carter looked good last night, but he use to fall apart against the big names.

yeah I really think we would have to sit at opposite sides of the arena!!!

Emagine the journey home - if Math was to win you would probably leave me in sheffield!!!

ok maybe we are getting carried away there is a long way to go and Matthew is so unpredicatable!!!

Well I had a dream at the start of the tournament even before the draw was made. I had a dream that it was Swail vs Higgins and Stevens vs Hendry in the semi finals. Then when the draw came out and now they are all still in it I have to say I am getting scared now because it is really weird. Also I can just picture Higgins winning it and lifting up the trophy.

Now I have said this it will probably jynx them.

Maybe you should change your s/n to have some psychic connections.

I looked back through this thread to see who might have predicted correctly. It was only yourself. To be honest though anyone could have fluked the result though as JH was one of the favourites (admittedly not the hottest of favourites), but if you get any more of these 'mental pictures' of people lifting the trophy correct, please let me know as I'll be off to Ladbrokes.
