C77’s Fantasy Game Rules

Section 1: Selection

a. Select the amount of players set on the thread (usually between 2 and 5)
b. You must not go over your budget set (usually between 90 and 100)
c. All entries must be made before the deadline set (usually the day of the tournament)
d. If you go over your budget you will have 1 player taken away leaving you with 1 less player than all other entrants
e. If you enter late you entry will not be accepted

Section 2: Scoring

a. There will be a scoring system put on the opening post of the thread which each player involved will follow, the scores of your selected added together will calculate your final score
b. There is a set scoring system for all tournaments with more points awarded for tournaments such as the world, uk and masters.

Section 3: Ties

If a tie occurs on the final table then the following will occur

a. Person who chose the winner will go above
b. If still tied then… Most games won previously in last season
c. If still tied then ….Alphabetically

If a tie occurs in the overall table then the following will occur

a. Most games won previously in season
b. Most 2nd and 3rd place finishes in previous season
c. Most points scored in last tournament that both/all players entered
d. Most games entered in previous season
e. Alphabetically

Section 4: Overall Table

a. The overall table will consist of all of entrants scores added together to make an overall score
b. A season will feature of for example the 2008 World Championship and the 2009 World Championship
c. The scores for the 2009 WC would also be carried over to the 2009-10 season
d. If ties occur then … see Section 3 part 2

Section 5: Withdraw
If a player withdraws there are 2 scenarios
1) A player withdraws after the deadline set
a. There would be nothing we could do about this and the match would be counted as a 5-0 9-0 etc therefore getting – points
2) A player withdraws before the deadline set
a. All members that selected the player would be notified of this through pm but if the player was not edited before the deadline then the player would have to keep him but would receive 0 points for that player as the player would no longer be on the list so could not receive any points.

Section 6: Forum Downtime

1) If the forum is down during the entry period for any tournament then…

a. All entries made by email etc or any other type of way would be accepted
b. Any alternative venue (probably maximum break forum) would be used
