Is there a connection settings anywhere in the options? Try to search.

I could watch those videos without any prob but it was the live match that was denied. .

Just confirmed it now by trying without proxy. The recorded videos seem to be available to all.

Well, tomorrow you'll see then.
Just don't forget the clock. I've had problems twice today - setting it back to Moscow time, forgetting to change and being unable to connect.

1. Click "Tools" in the main menu ( from among File, Edit, View.... )
2. Click on "Options" in the drop down
3. Click on "Advanced" button (top right corner of the popup dialog box - pic of a gear wheel)
4. Click on "Network" tab (there are 4 tabs, Network is the 2nd)
5. Click on "Settings" and a new dialog box will pop up
6. The default proxy selection would be "No proxy" . Click on "Manual Proxy Configuration"
7. Enter the ip address and port of a proxy server from Luniul's list into the box for HTTP proxy and port
(eg. 194.36.10.156:3128 means 194.36.10.156 is the ip address and 3128 is the port )
8. Tick "use this proxy for all protocols"
9. Click "OK" to dismiss proxy dialog
10. Click "OK" to dismiss Settings dialog
11. That should do it. (whew !)
