As you were at the match, do you know what was said that prompted Jan Verhaas to shout "hey just you be quiet" whilst Ronnie was down on a shot? It must have been bad for him to react like that!

Was it when he was standing at the left side of the table, near to the baulk end? that particular incident the geezer just called out: Come on Ronnie! The abuse later towards the end was much worse! A father with his son present, shouting out towards Ronnie! What an example! The kid was looking in distress towards his father. You could tell from his face, Dad why are you doing this?

Thanks...it was probably Ronnie's second to last shot of the match so it wasn't important, but I just remember being surprised at Jan's tone and finger pointing (although it was justified). For a few moments at the end it was pandemonium!
