Away from the PL in the final match of the 3rd qualifying round, Jin Long leads Judd Trump 8-7 and although slightly behing in the 16th frame (37-21) is on a break.
This would be a surprise. Trump has started to fulfil his potential this season, and he beat Long 5-1 in the masters qualifying.
Of course, as soon as I post, Long breaks down and Trump is back in - perhaps it is going to go 8 apiece.
8-8 Trump 44 - 43 Long. Pink and black left - Long looked like he was clearing up to win, but missed the pink, Trump gets the pink, but not the black - 7 points ahead, just the black left in the last frame.
They will be cheering at the QBSF in Doha where Rory practices.
Eid Mubarak - to all my friends in Doha!
yeah, of course they will

Another good win for Mark Davis - very convincing 9-2 against Nigel Bond. He's the first player through qualifying and will face Joe Perry.
Kendo is 8-2 up and Ballrun 8-3 up
