You are right Pat, but to be honest Judd seems to be one of the luckiest players on tour. Of course 99,9% of the balls a player pots in a match are intended but that 0,1% is what sometimes makes the difference.
I think if it was Murphy instead of Judd this forum was about to explode.
There are reasons why people concieve some players to be luckier than others. It's always the players that are playing great that are considered having a lot of luck. Hendry, Higgins, Murphy and now trump.
Players that win a lot play more matches than the rest. More matches mean more frames. More frames mean more shots. More shots mean more flukes.
And players who play offensively are also going to get more flukes.
There's no magical force flying around the table blessing players.
