Problem 1. I can't find the place to chang proxies. Tools on my computer goes to internet options but nothings jumping out at me saying proxies...

I said before:
you have to enter the proxy details in the TVANTS programme not internet explorer.

Heres an example, of what I did.



remember, open tvants, goto tools> settings> proxy

then enter a proxy that works. some proxies are at this site which have recently been checked by others:http://www.ip-adress.com/Proxy_Checker/

this link will then open up the tvants screen, where the snooker should come: http://www.fromsport.com/video.php?a...48&video=22693

eurosport showed the first 2 or 3 frames, but they went off air, and showed surfing instead.
