Can't say I'm happy about this. Not only have they done away with postal bookings, but we won't know who the 16 seeds will be until February and when a certain player/players will be playing - by which time tickets will have been sold.

No I wouldn't spend 39 quid on a travellodge room knowing that the offers are coming along! I can't really see that many tickets getting sold on 30th Oct, with only Robertsons schedule being known! Saying that Kathrin you could take a gamble that Ali will remain number 2/3 and buy up all those tickets?

I don´t think I book any tickets that soon. You never know what happens so no one is guaranteed their preferred tickets. I don´t want to spend hours figuring out when Ali could play and at which table, book all the possible tickets and being stuck with Ebdon-Dott or worse in the end. And IF I would book all the tickets it´s not sure wheater or not the box office can sell the ones I don´t need/want. So I might not get the money back for those. Too risky imo (unless a miracle happens on saturday and I win the lottery, then I don´t care at all, haha)

Looking to book tickets for the Crucible on 25th and 26th April, Monday and Tuesday of the second week. The site selling the tickets is only giving me two sessions for the Monday, one starting at 1.00pm and the other at 7.00pm. When I went earlier this year the sessions for this day were 10.00am, 2.30pm and 7.00pm - has this been changed this year?

Yes, there was a change. Must have somthing to do with Easter or some Bank Holiday. Only 2 Sessions on Monday
