good catch cazmac1
I read the comments and the second one says "other red moved a little bid because of gravitation"
sorry but to me Steve clips the red with his tip as he plays the shot.
Whether he cheated...? I would say no, he probably did not notice but I am slightly shocked that Ref Williams (?) did not notice.
Human error. never mind.
I've played snooker long enough to know that when you hit a ball like that no matter how slight you know it. Bad form from Steve but isn't that what we expect from ppl from these days. You could argue that in football the players cheat all the time but it is accepted as part of the game and it is the ref decision to call the foul. The days of old when nights were bold are long gone and I suspect we will see a lot more of this creep in to the game and soon every one will accept it's the ref job to call the foul??
do you know when the next session starts?
I have been watching via sportlemon and there does not seem to be details such as start times ?)
next session starts at 12.30pm UK time ... the final is best of 19 ... currently 7-1 to Walden with Bingham hitting a 147 in the only frame he's won so far ...
thanks for that, yes I saw the news on the 147, good on Ballrun
Well played so far by Ricky Walden.
darn it - exactly when I have to go out and collect the family

The break came in the sixth frame of the final against Ricky Walden, when Bingham was already 5-0 down. He potted 15 reds with blacks and all the colours to become the only player other than Stephen Hendry and John Higgins to make a maximum in a ranking event final.
He earned a £5,000 bonus from the rolling 147 prize pot, as well as the £2,000 high break prize (providing Walden does not equal the maximum).
It's the first 147 since last season's Betfred.com World Championship when Stephen Hendry made one...against Bingham. Today's maximum is the 89th in snooker history.
However it could be little more than a consolation for Bingham as he trails Walden 7-1 after the first session.
They do know a 147 doesnt guarantee the high break right have they ever heard of a freeball you can actually get a 148 without it being a total clearance
