Is there a website that acts as a directory for snooker locations in each country, city, town etc?

e.g. I live in Shanghai - I could type in 'Shanghai' and locations would come up

If not, someone with programming knowledge should make one for me.

Yeah, but what I am saying is, surely there is a better way than sifting through a load of Google nonsense.
It works for lots of other things. So was wondering if there was a similar directory.
