  • how much does a snooker table cost?

i see some of the tables which just cost around 400-600pounds..is it that cheap for a used snooker table?how about the size of the table?12x6??is it smaller than used in a official snooker tournament?

Yes, it's cheap (my wallet disagrees with me though.) No, it's not smaller. That's regulation size.

Shipping would surely cost a fortune. And even though the tables themselves are relatively cheap, having a room big enough to put one in definately isnt !

Beware the cheap tables. Sometimes the slate may be in poor condition, something that is rarely mentioned when listing a table. The cloth will also no doubt need changing and possibly the cushion rubber. Although the table may cost around £500 it will probably cost you another £500-£800 to replace the cloth and rubbers and have it all erected.

indeed. if its cheap, its cheap for good reason in most cases, and not because the seller is charitable.

good points to look out for and take into consideration there cueman
