Cross Cueing

I spotted a thread on twitter recently where folk were talking about Judd Trump's 'cross cueing" - what does this term mean?

as Judd feathers, the butt of his cue is away from his body, affectively the cue is NOT on the line of shot; as he delivers the cue for the shot he brings his hand into his body and brings the cue on to the line of shot.
This means the tip goes across the cue ball from the side to the point he wishes to hit the cue ball - such as "cueing across the cue ball" but to end up in the place he wants.
Never heard it called "cross-cueing" though
