Oh, how I hate this game sometimes. Does anyone have any idea of the rules of the World Pool League and Mosconi cup? I've spent ages (easily more than 60 hours) working my way up the rankings, and FINALLY have got qualified for them.

World Pool League: 6 players, in a league, it seems, looking at the event progress screen. I play my first match, which I win 2-0, then the game tells me that Ronnie O'Sullivan won the WPL. WHAT?!

Mosconi Cup: In the 'final' there's about 16 games or something. I win mine 3-2, and someone else wins the Mosconi Cup, again, WHAT?!

What are the rules supposed to be? How can I win a match and lose the tournament? Now I have to go through the entire 8-ball season again (the worst experience in my gaming life, and about another 20 hours long) to get round to attempting these achievements again.

It definitely doesnt make any sense to me. But I can add another thing that seems quite odd; during my first snooker season there was only one tournament (I thought it was the Pot Black Cup) Ronnie O'Sullivan DIDN'T win :S... I mean it's just not cool that it's always the same guy who gets the highest break and that every tournament is won by the same player...

I've never played the game, but the real life Mosconi cup is a team event. That might explain why there are so many games in the 'final' and how you can still lose overall even if you win yours. The world pool league though is I believe an individual event, so no idea why that would finish as you describe.
