How on earth did RG get 31430 on that Funky Pong game? According to the leader board, his score of 31430 lasted 34259 seconds which is about nine hours! That is surely not right, what is your trick RG?

Think i hit a lucky streak, shot every spaceship first attempt, so that helped

Thats one of the advantages of being divorced i suppose !!
plenty of time to play games without getting earache from the wife.
This game was my life back in the college days, (25 years ago!) - pleased i havnt lost it.
ps tip to RG - dont stay in one place, i constantly move around and shoot the fastest moving rocks first, and when those bleeding spaceships appear i head straight for them all guns blazing !!!

That was around the same time i first played it too down my local arcade at the time. Was pretty rubbish at it back then. Do you remember Defender at all? That was my all time favourite arcade game when i was kid.

Had to google it to refresh my memory, yeah really good game that one, anything involving shooting things was popular in the students union room.
My other all time favourite game was 'missile command' - my son bought me an Atari's greatest hits disc a few years ago, really brings back the memories

Well done! - I'll have to give it another bash later - in work now, so they may not appreciate that!
It's an annoying (but fun) game as you get no time to recuperate after losing a life - I tend to start well, then lose a life immediately after losing my first life and then struggle on with my third life.
