  • Wii Snooker Cue is quite crappy

It is quite crappy, not well built.

But, what can we expect? It's a cheapy.

How many times it accidentally loosen?

    And finally it broke yesterday

I was gutted, in the middle of Grand Prix final against Ronny.

I tried to glue it with a very strong glue. Left it rest for a night.

    This morning, it broke again!

So, now I use tape and rubber tighten together layer by layer.

It seems OK now, but I still lost 2-4 for Ronny

    snookdude mate, practice without!
i put mine away in the tin after the first couple of goes and never looked back. i felt it was restricting my play, as it was just so small and annoying for me. i liked being able to hold my arms further apart as if holding a full size cue.
i gave it to my father to practice and even he had put it in tin as felt the same.
you will be so used to the feel with, that it may be a little weird at first, but with your experience, you would soon adjust!
also, you won't have to worry about getting another if it breaks again.
that's why i tell people to just slightly tense there arms a little, to make up for no cue.

    seriously, try it!
think of it as a new challenge!
if i lived near you, i would personally let you have mine for free, that's how much i care about it!

Yep, I could put it away for sure .... I don't know ... I kinda like it

For me, it feels I am playing real snooker game.

        Of course it is not!

But that's me It is not about winning, but to have fun ... and it is not complete without a cue! :snooker:

When I play WSC Real 08 for Wii, I imagine myself ... beating up those guys with that cue *lol*

RGCirencester: I like your idea. Probably I can buy a second hand cue and craft it, put a place for the Wii controller .... hmmmm

Small table, short cheap pub cue, get one from a sports shop for like 5 pounds, some selotape, and you have the worlds most realistic snooker experience :P

Or, if you are a perfectionist ask TRevor White to make you a custom Wii cue to your specs...
I am confused... Oh wait... Maybe I'm not...

                hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!
i wouldn't personally like having my wii mote stuck with tape, when i need it for other games.
still, i suppose on the bright side, you could pretend your holding a rifle in re4 or better still, getting a more realistic feel for throwing the javelin in athletics games.
