WSC Real 2009 on Windows 7

I have windows 7 64 bit and I tried every suggestion I found on the internet and failed to get it working. In the end I installed it in an XP virtual machine under VMWare.. the problem with that being no hardware graphics acceleration It worked, but it was v/ sluggish.

you need to start the install as admin as the part 1 and part 2 do not install it where it suggests, but better on a different disk (for example d:\games\wsc9)

Hi there, I'm a new user of the forum. I recently installed the game on my pc, windows 7 too, and I managed to run it, altought, when I run the game, there's a problem with the graphics, because in game, all the image turns black except the balls, the cue and the espectators. My pc has the recommended system requirements, I have an ATI Radeon 4650 and an Intel 2CORE Duo. Can someone help me please?

i just installed the game and am having the same problems windows 7 home premium and i have all what it takes to play the game as in graphics as well....

I can only give some suggestions mate.

You could start it with windows XP compatibility. You can try to install new drivers for the Graphics card. You could try to change the graphics options when starting the game. Mmmm... yeah.. tell me you have any problems with other games?

i have windows7 home premium, and as we speak am downloading the windows virtual machine and see how that goes, i dont have problems with other games, DMC4, NFS, GTA, PES10, FIFA10, i play those games with ease and smooth graphics as well.....

If you have downloaded from internet (10 part RAR file which gives 37 part file made by SFV and can be extracted by RAR and in the last u got the ISO image file which will give u the complete installation with the installed source........seems lengthy naa....... then u got the working one) then just try to install it and when it says that the dat file cannot be copied as u dont have rights then just ignore that and complete the installation. Then copy all the files (from program files folder in ur downloaded installation) to ur local installation with 0 kb dat file. Then u need the patch file which will skip the insert CD requirement and will run the game from ur PC.

Tell me if it works for u toooo........as it works for me but just the problem is my graphic card.............

Not working for me neither. I have Windows 7 Ultimate btw. Installed fine, ignored file, replaced file with the one from the dvd img, run it. A window with video settings appears, i choose whatever i want and when i hit start, guess what? Nothing happens. I double checked the processes tab from task manager, nothing; i added an exception to DEP (Data Execution Prevention), nothing; i tried different compatibility modes, nothing; i tried running as admin, nothing; reinstalled, nothing;

Question: Is there Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family supported?
`Cuz i guess this one causes the problem.

Already done that! No effect. I checked the requirements of the game, and I found that Intel video cards are not supported.

To bad for the developers, who don't give a damn about this game, i think. I can play WOW or Stalker on my Intel video card, but can not play a simple snooker game. I am a software developer too, but i can't imagine how other developers can ask money for a game that has lots of compatibility issues.

Check the system RECOMMENDED (not even required) config, and after that reply to this!

* Windows XP or Vista.
* 3GHz Pentium 4 or better CPU.
* 1GB or more of RAM.
* Graphics card supporting Pixel Shader 3 or better with 256MB or more of RAM (see notes below).
* DirectX compatible sound card
* DVD Drive
* 5.5GB of free hard drive space for installation

Where the f**k did you get the "4 GB of RAM and 1 GB of video memory" ?
If you don't know what I'm talking about, stop replying, don't give people mistaken information.
