ranking / saving

hi i am running wsc09 and woundering why the game will not save my position and why no ranking after 2 weeks of playing the game is there a programming issue with this game or is it me , how can i get to the tournaments if it wont save

many thanks for at least looking but i have now played 4 games of snooker plus and still got no ranking allthough i won them all so is it a issue with the game or am i not playing the game right

You don't get ranking or skill points playing Snooker plus as it is not a tournament but just there for your own amusement. It was toyed with as a spectator sport but I think the idea was shelved.
You only earn ranking and skill points by playing in the season mode - you also get extra skill points for playing the 8 ball season too.

As for your issues with saving your position, that I cannot understand. Are you playing a full game before exiting? If not then you will need to press Alt and F4 in order for you to exit the game (after a completed frame) and when you open up the game again and enter season mode it will take you to where you left the match.

thankyou for your reply that was the best advice i have had no wonder i was not getting anywhere i was playing the wrong game lol , at the moment i have managed to get to the shanghai masters but is there any advice on how to beat ronnie o'sullivan, apart from makeing sure that i pot all the balls
