  • My New Trevor White's cue arrived... BUT..

    After almost 6 months of waiting. I finally got my new Trevor White but...

    Damn, I think I out of luck and I just hated DHL!

    They must have used something really heavy or use great force during the shippment.

    No words can describe my frustrastion and sadness now..

    See the pictures attached.

    On a side note, I will like to thanks to Andrew aka ADR147 for the fast asistance and helps. He really a good man to work with.

      This has sent chills up my spine, I really feel sorry for you mate.
      I am too waiting for my new TW cue and the thing I’m afraid most is exactly this – the b.loody couriers and shipping. Hope you get this sorted out..

        That's totally unacceptable.You should get in contact with DHL and ask them to replace the cue, after all it is their responsibility to deliver it to you in it's original condition.
        I'am sure it must be insured against breakage etc, whilst in transit, therefore it is their responsibity to replace it. I think you should send the pictures to them as proof of the damage done in carriage.

          I did not keep the pictures of my crushed violin delivered by DHL years ago, otherwise you would be more shocked At that time it took me weeks to do the refund. Hope yours will settle down very soon

              That's awful, hopefully you can get a full refund for the cue from DHL.

                Ah mate. I', really sorry, that is rubbish. All couriers are s**t in my experience. Was it posted with insurance?

                        i cant tell you how sorry i feel for you.

                        but trevor always packs the cues really well and sends the cues by ups who handle the cue very well.

                        but i think you should be able to get a full refund from dhl.
