No i did not...waiting for a year plus and still counting down. In fact since he is trying to catch up with the cues, why dont he reply us and tell us about it? its quite annoying knowing he is still catching up with the cues without updates..

Are people starting to recieve there old orders, ive been speaking to richard recently and i know he is trying to catch up just wondered if anyone had recieved theres yet?

If you are indeed speaking to him, then do ask him where is Teo, Nelson, Johnny and Dennis's cues? it's been more than a year of money gone and no cue seen at all.

He's selling new cues, tips and cue oil as onegardener778 on E-Bay how can you do that and not meet your prepaid obligations? he told me he is Richard when I inquired about him selling new Aurora cues I had no idea at the time who onegardener was, the e-mail conversation quickly turned hostile towards me when I asked him how he could post auctions as No Reserve when they start at 2 to 300 dollars I thought no reserve started at zero but I was put on his **** list for asking, he then went on a verbal tirade agaist me real anger management issues here all designed to deflect the truth, this guy shouldn't be selling new cues on ebay without meeting his prepaid obligations he built the cues so its not that he's broke he's what we call in Canada a weasel and you poor lot have been weaseled out of your money he's even posted recently as pooljunkie correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't that the mysterious Airins old handle Hmmm Lazurus Weasel Cue company kind of catchy --- for your money-- there's more questions than answers and if this guy really is the sole Aurora cue maker he should concentrate on restoring his reputation I have 2 Aurora cues which are beautiful this whole situation is a shame and devalued the Aurora brand I just wish this could fixed honourably and honestly for everyone that has been negatively impacted JMO

Anyone here has richard's(aurora cues) contact number? I would like to refund my deposit back since been waiting 2 years. Try to contact him through facebook but no respond as money back requested. So disappointed. Please help kindly.

i put down 200 canadian for a cue,he was willing to start on it for around a 20 30 percent deposit as i just lost my job.told me 8 months max well that time came around with no corrispondance might i say,then he emailed asking for more money witch i understand,i said sure but i want a pic of were the cue is at and a duedate.havent heard from him since...........

Just noticed this thread.

Ordered 2 bottle of grain filler a few weeks ago and it hadn't arrived within a few weeks so emailed Richard, no reply. Started a resolution tag with Paypal and he then contacted me, apologised and said he had sent again. Waited again with no joy so contacted again and he offered money back which I took eventually.

Disappointed as need the grain filler as I have managed to clean mine out over the year with a wet rag and now have a lump where the wood has an imperfection so would like to refill it!

Richard was very polite in all the emails but alas, no delivery.

If anyone know where I can get a grain filler and stain like this please feel free to let me know!

Looks like good stuff. I'm considering mixing it with a dye to see if I can bring the chevrons back out, definitely need to try it on an old piece of wood first!
