I've used the Taom Pyro. Didn't rate it for the money. Also used blue Russian Magic Chalk and blue Predator 1080 and both are just as good for much less money for me. Both seem to reduce kicks, but also seem to reduce miscues, which the Taom seem to increase

Lot of TAOM Blue Pyro out there, anyone tried it? I agree with Selby though who said again, if two players in the match are both using it, it can help get less kicks, but if only one uses then the other players chalk residue is all over the place anyway...

Yes. It was in the facebook for his academy. Says 'made in Finland' which is where Taom is made- not sure if there's a link or if that's just a coincidence

That ball down the cushion was so slow there was always a chance of it just flopping in ,tried the same shot with just the white ball myself to deliberately catch the rail on a very slow shot ,and they went in .Slower heavier cloths with no table heaters ,or heaters on very very low temp settings ,it would then be a different game .

How about this one (fwd to 11:50 last pink) even Maggs is amazed and point to the point on the cushion about 2 feet from the pocket where the pink touches it and still goes in....

Took a look on FB after Marks post and see this video of it on there. The way Made in Finland is written definitely looks TAOMesque to me. Interesting, more info to come on it soon allegedly...

Thanks for posting. Nice cue. Wonder why he changed? He doesn’t usually fiddle around with cues. At least not like some of the other players.
