Trump/Robertson are playing their 2nd session on at 1430 hours on the 30th and then they're right back on at 1900 hours for their final session. Why don't they just swap Selby/McManus's 3rd and Trump/Robertson's 2nd session around?
Basically, it's done so that there is a guaranteed full session in the afternoon. Otherwise the afternoon would be two matches to a finish, which for the audience is undesirable if they are both at, say, 11-5.
So they make sure that one match is in its second session.

I bumped into Rob Walker the other night, and told him I had my doubts about him at first, as Alan Hughes was such a hard act to follow, but he's really grown on me. The enthusiasm he brings to each session is great and he really sets the atmosphere before the matches.
I also told Rob that his work on the Olympics and Paralympics was excellent. He said commentating on David Weir's 4 golds was of the highlights of his career. A really pleasant and approachable guy who is very knowledgeable about snooker and sport in general.
Leave the hating for the football terraces please guys..

In regards to Robertson's century of centuries, I don't think there will be too much fanfare about it. I think most educated fans will know that the milestone is soon approaching as would the commentators. They would say something on the earpieces that will be picked up by the crowd and when (or if) he makes the 100th 100 there will be an applause a few decibels lower than a max.
I remember they did something similar when Higgins made the 1000th century at the Crucible.
