I enjoyed watching the Six Reds on Eurosport today. It's interesting to see the players playing this new format and it certainly can bring some surprises. And nice to see Reanne Evans on TV too.

This event is OPEN entry. any player on the planet could have entered. It is not an event where it went through World Snooker, nor IBSF, nor EBSA, nor national bodies.

Janie, mr. Sinitcin was asked about it and he replied that even though the championship is indeed open, all the countries - members of IBSF decided not to participate in it, and it was told to him by the president of IBSF himself.
Could you please clarify this?
