Looks like Selby is the perfect bogey player for O'Sullivan. Playing him in a final is just way too much hard work for Ronnie.
He had two chances to put Selby under pressure, at 3-1 when he missed the brown with the rest, and at 5-4 when Mark was still playing dodgy shots after losing the previous frame the way he did. He wasted those opportunities and it looks like there won't be any more.

I personally don't believe that Ronnie isn't playing badly, he just hasn't had the luck or the run of the balls, but there's also no denying Mark's in great form tonight. I feel that the first frame after the mid session is key: if Ronnie wins it he's still in the race (not like he isn't at the moment) but if Mark wins it then Ronnie has to be careful.

I agree, when he first started to get the rest etc out i thought he was going to play the snooker too. Although, when you only need one more ball in todays snooker they do tend to go for the throat... (or should i say balls)

Break off number three in frame 18...! O'Sullivan looks like the more relaxed of the two at the moment, Selby's a bit paler now that a few hours ago.
