Ding breaks off in frame 8. Stevens plays a poor safety and scatters the reds. Ding is off the mark with most reds and good positions.

Looks like Mark's doing a lot better than when I left him to play tennis! :snooker:

Ding's looking really superb from the scoreline, I haven't watched the match though

And Mark Allen's match with Tom Ford is much closer than when they were at the Crucible... Mark still 5-3 up though

Ding canons the green and runs out of position on 34. He leaves Matthew in an appropriatly named Chinese snooker.
