I like how Gould does not care he's 3-0 behind and just gets on with it. It's like totally oposite of Jamie Cope...

Trump-Gould looks like it could turn into a cracking match.

Session to spare may it be!

I have watched Judd Trump yesterday and for me it looks like he is a pretty accurate copy of Jimmy White in 1982. The very fast attacking style ( at one point his average shot time was 18 sec.), the greats shots made, and then followed by a lost position due to a poor shot, only to regain that position with another good pot. The fact he tends to sacrifice centuries in favor of exibition shots when the frame is won, the cue power ( great screw on the last yellow in the last frame).
Lets see how far he can go and if he can hold his nerves when it matters, one thing Jimmy couldnt do all his career.
"There has only ever been Alex Higgins, myself and now Ronnie O'sullivan who play the game the way it should be played with such excitement - I know the fans love it this way" - Jimmy White

                    You're just bitter.

I'll save a better reply for when your Pretty Boy Murphy teaches Ronald Antonio a lesson.

It does look very possible for Williams to win in two sessions now. I predicted a fairly one-sided match, but a 13-2 or a 13-3 is more convincing than I expected. Especially since Cope opened the session with a good 96 today.

Good break from Williams, but how did that red along the cushion go in? The tables definitely seem more generous than earlier in the week.

Is Mark Williams the grimmest looking player at the table? The way he looks at the table as if it has disappointed him is something he always does

In a way I think it's positive that Williams won't have a spare evening as it can help him keep his composure and matchplay focus.
