Absolutely shocking - the annoying thing is in 04/05 they had the save feature working fine

Just patch the game and include a bloody save button.

Do not refer me to the retailer, you know full well that upon opening a DVD/Game/CD refunds are not given due to copyright issues and the fact the product cannot be re-sold. I work for a CD/DVD Manufacturer so know EXCATLY how it works. So how can I obtain a refund?

Hi Aaron,
Be aware that if you alter your profile in any way the game will autosave over your current progress. if you follow the instructions we provided your game progress will be saved. For refunds please refer to your retailer.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. It is the responsibility of the retailer and any refunds would be at their discression.

ilmfao, yeah right, you said that about the patch that you said you was bringing out shortly too, and we snooker fans are still waiting.
another comment by blade "Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. It is the responsibility of the retailer and any refunds would be at their discression"
you dont give a damn do ya, you pathetic t wats, next time that you bring a game out make sure it fo o king works and test it properly before you send it out to the public, you bunch of scammin, rip off lying ba sta rds.
you have well pi ssed me off with this pi s s poor of an effort for real 09 (ps3)
and you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
it should be blade interactive that is paying out to its disapointed customers and not the retailer as it wasnt the retailer who made the game,
so are you listening fade interactive.I GUESS NOT, LIKE USUAL
also can you show us proof of the market research of the online play on pc version that you said you did, and i want to see the original, not the made up version.

I am still struggling to come to terms with the bit in bold above. This has to increase the risk of breaking your console???????

Aza, although I agree with you that the save function isn't an ideal way to save long matches (i.e. turning console off). This does work for myself and others on this forum.
Are you sure it isn't your xbox at fault, as this procedure of either exiting to dashboard or turning off console has worked for me every time.
Please note that the only danger in turning the console off direct from the power switch is losing data if midway through a save. As you can simply press the guide button and exit to dashboard, even this is not necessary. Therefore even though their save option is rather unsatisfactory, it isn't dangerous and providing you don't muck about with profile and simply go straight to next match, both stats and progress will indeed continue where you left off.

Simple solution: don't go into your profile (dressing room) until after the match. That's what you'd do in real life, anyway! Yes, I know mid session interval and all that, but Blade haven't modelled that into the game, alongside various other things as we all know.Mobo: GA-P35-S3

Dont get me wrong, other games have bugs, Bethesda's games are known for having lots of bugs but because they take the time and make the game amazing no one really bothers (Oblivion and Fallout3 are amazing). I could forgive it if the game was good but having played WSC 05 (i think) and that was a much better game then 09.
