Thank you everyone. I have noted all the payment and they will be shipped out once the postal service is resumed.
Our governemnt has already passed a legislation just yesterday, after a 58 hours debate in the house, to force the postal workers to go back to work.
From what I understand the bill needs to be signed by the senate and the governer general then it will be offical and will be enforced immediately.
Hopefully, we will have our postal service back on Tuesday or Wednesday the latest and this will never happen again.
I am once again sorry for the delay and I want to thank you for all your patience.
      Thank you.

Just wanted to let you know that the cue oil arrived today with the free tip, every thing looks great and I will use it at the weekend when I have some time. Thanks for this, sorry you had problems with the postal strike but it did arrive quickly and a lot quicker than some of the stuff I have ordered from over seas.

                Airin:

Absolutely amazing!!! Here you mailed mine Canada Post Express and I haven't received it yet but cally has in Wales. WTF?

I also haven't received some stainless steel ferrules from UK which were posted a week before the strike/lock out although I haven't been to collect the mail this morning yet. Maybe both will be there. (fingers crossed)

Funny though, it seems my bills are arriving in plenty of time.

                      For cally

Antony bud by refinishing I meant aplying some oil , leave it overnight and then buff it off I wouldn't touch my cue otherwise, for all other works I would ask Trevor to do it.

The oil can clean, re-condition, restore, and protect your cue. It feeds the wood and offers a nice glossy finish that lasts.
All you need is to apply a very thin coat, leave it on for an hour, wipe off the excess, let the cue dry in the open overnight, then buff with a dry clean towel. You can repeat the process after a week. The more you buff your cue the harder/glossier the finish will become. It is not a varnish.
You can also apply this oil only to the butt splices to obtain a more glossy finish on the butt.
Please do not use thick coats and do not forget to wipe off the excess after an hour.

                                Hi Leonard,
Okay I have quickly put together a step by step instuction for you.
                                1. Shake the bottle
                                2. Put a tiny bit of oil on a piece of paper towel and apply a thin coat on your cue. Rub along the grains.
                                3. Leave it on for about 15-30 minutes and check for dry spot; apply a bit more especially to the dry spots if there are any.
                                4. Wait about an hour then wipe off all the excess oil.
                                5. Leave your cue in a cool place overnight. (e.g. hang it up right before you go to bed)
                                6. Check to see if there is any oil left on the surface. Sometimes the oil might come out again. If you see that, wipe it off and leave it to dry again.
                                7. When you feel that your cue is dried, you can get a clean soft towel and buff it up and down along the grain of the wood until the cue is warm to the touch. This buffing really helps the oil to cure.
                                8. You can build up the finish slowly by repeating this process after about a week.
                                9. It is not recommended that you apply too much oil on your shaft, as it might build up to a point which could make the shaft feeling sticky. Nevertheless, you can apply your cue oil onto the butt splices only, to give your cue a more glossy finish on the butt.

Note: please be aware that this cue is also a cleanser so if you spill too much oil on the wax seal the silver highlight on the seal might come off. Please try not to get the oil on the wax seal. Please be careful as I cannot be held responisble if you get any silver highlight on your clothes. Thank you.
