Well i got my new 1pc CC-06 cue, looks fantastic and very solid, the taper is sexual, i've never seen such a taper in all my life and it just slides through my bridging hand with so much ease and is as smooth as a smooth thing*.


Now for the serious bit , it'll take a bit of getting used too as my other cue is a bit whippy. I've used it for about 20 frames and it's just trying to get that feel for the cue, missing a bit too many straight shots for my liking at present.

yeah its a very good taper, thinner than my northwest cue, i missed the straight shots but it just takes time to get used to. today i was on fire, and i hadnt played till wednesday. nearly surpassed my highest break but i missed the darned brown!

Yeah, it's a lovely cue, feels so much more solid than the other one, it's just the little differences that i need to get used too, the butt diameter is a little bigger and the feel of the cue means it is different, but i've not adjusted, so those straight shots are just going off centre a little when striking through the cue ball.

Give me a couple of weeks and i'll be used to it, i'm not too bothered about weights or tip size, as long as it's the right length i can use it after adjusting.
