    • I think the very vocal and horribly biased Ronnie fans make it even more annoying...

how bad are they ? they won't be as bad as these wining children that are crying about MR.Hair and hating on the Ron for beating him fair and square.

All fanboys are terribly annoying to me. All they gotta say is "X is a genius" and "Y is so lucky", assuming they're X's fanboys and Y is playing against X

Yes. That first one had my jaw on the floor. Just amazing.

Hawkins has really impressed. He's doing a great job of making this final a much better proposition then I thought it would be. Keep up the good work.

I still think ROS will win this. He is just too good. And has that ability to ramp up another gear or two if he needs to.

            • missed watching it today, i like most thought ROS would romp home, so did hawkins play one visit snooker or was ronnie playing like he was vs Trump?

              • All those who forecast a session to spare, 7-1 Ronnie from the off, 18-6 O'Sullivan, 8-1 second session to the rocket etc are looking a bit silly now after Hawkins excellent performance today proving he's a much bettter player than all those people thought.

                  • That last frame was honestly one of the best I've ever seen. So exciting!

                    • Again, the start is vital. If Hawkins gets a good start I think he then stands a good chance.

                      • hawkins has always been a good solid match player and he proved it winning in Australia.

Ronnie has had to dig deeper than most thought, that last frame was so crucial, what a difference 10-7 rather than 9-8. Ronnie knew the significance and played a superb safety game. that last black was not easy he should be delighted he has a 3 frame cushion.

can't wait for tomorrow, will Ronnie push on or Hawkins fight back...should be fascinating

Most of the play has been fluent and a lot of one visit snooker, too. Plus, good safety play for both sides at times.
You certainly missed a lot (=

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
                            I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

I'm going to stick my neck out here and say he didn't play it. I think he was just trying to sit the white on the cushion alongside the black. He could only do this by playing thin off the pink the way he did, thus the pink going where it did was merely fortuitous.

Yeah, it's getting on me paps! I'd rather they use it on the shots.

I was going to say I'd rather they use it on the balls, but quickly realised what a poor choice of word that would be.
