I have attached a photo of my home. All exterior walls R29, CFL and LED Lighting this home cost less to heat and cool then homes half the size of mine.
Les, very few timber frame builds in the UK all brick stone or block, I don't think you can even get a mortgage on a timber house in the UK. Oh and for $600K you would get an empty plot around here lol

I would not say all are brick/block
there are many frame builds (mostly self builds) but still most are still brick/block
          Up the TSF! :snooker:

Stick that house in London Les and you would be looking at tens of millions sterling, what's 600,000 Canadian? At a wild guess you could get a broom cupboard for that in the posh parts of London.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Interesting. Sometime I would like to take a trip over to your country of course during the World Championship. Would be great to meet a few of you guys and play some snooker and drink a few pints that is what you guys call them right?

What a bunch of numb nuts , It would feel like hell to me living down there, squashed together like sardines, not for me, but I've never been a townie, saying that everywhere is cramped over here compared to Canada.
