DarkEnergy you seem to be confusing the 2 words flaws and features. silly little things like spots on the table and a top down camera after you've taken your shots are 'features' that have been in every single WSC previously, why remove them. especially the spots thing. i cannot believe that the Dark Energy team overlooked this. it's like EA releasing FIFA 12 without any lines on the pitch. SORT IT OUT!

you make it sound like ppl are requesting silly things that arn't important and can wait for a future version. these are simple basic things that SHOULD be in the game regardless.

if you can't even get these basics right, then how can you expect ppl to blindly buy the next version. no way to run a business.

I don't know, maybe spots on the table will feature in WSC 2013 ..... and they would probably have the cheek to advertise that!!!

Here are some Bad Points I found on Amazon. Cant belive there is no ref and they took the itros out in career mode. Shamefull.

Bad Points:
* Exactly the Same Commentary as in the 09 version (John Virgo at hes best) Lol, NOT!
* Gameplay is Exactly the same Not much difference at all.
* When joining a match Room online the Opponent can now kick you out.
* Crowd Makes The Same Sounds as in the 09 version (no improvement)
* When Potting a colour ball there is now no Referee to put them back on to the spot,so now the balls magically appear on the table.
* No Enterence Scenes now (when the players walk out to the table), They have been taken out.
* Career Mode is Just updated Not Improved in my eyes.
* The Game says about Friction begins to bite, Totally Not True,Maybe in the replays, But not in the Gameplay.

it is at least with jimmy white itt is as he has his own series of games /i believe called the cueball series if I remember correctly

Ouch. That review basically says what everyone in here has been saying about the game. worse thing is, everyone was aying long ago what needed doing and the review picked them all out.

And again everybody who bought the game has to accept it is anything but perfect, and nothing is done to fix the flaws. Im happy I didn't buy it, because I kind of saw this coming. Shameless marketing and customer support.
Best thing left for dark energy is to sell the physics engine to a serious company who will make this game as good as it was back in 2004/2005, and who actually care about the fans that supported this game over the years.
Codemasters comes to mind first...

I wish this game was good. Its the only simulation out there and you guys have let us down.

1. No ref

2. No spots on the tables for balls.

3. apparently (amazon reviews) no intros for the players

4. Character models animation is poor.

Please prove me wrong.

first day sales can't be that great considering there's only about 150 ppl ranked on the xbox leaderboard.

224 now on the Xbox Leaderboard, doesnt bode well at all. Think im getting rid of my copy Thursday, massive letdown.
